SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

To ensure we attract the best clinicians to Maven, we support overseas qualified and experienced clinicians from the UK, Canada and Ireland with visa sponsorship. If you are successful in securing a role, Maven offer overseas clinicians full-time employment (subject to visa requirements) for the term of your visa.

You will be joining a national dental organisation that is committed to supporting our clinicians to deliver the best oral healthcare. We do this by providing you with access to a thorough onboarding process supported by tools and resources that allow you to successfully integrate into the practice.

Taking The Plunge

The thought of moving halfway across the world would scare some people but Maven Dental Robina's Sarah Cash jumped at the chance to trade Manchester for the sunny Gold Coast.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

We want to ensure throughout the application process you are supported and provided with all the information regarding your visa, sponsorship and working at Maven. To do this, we partner you with subject matters experts in the field including a dedicated Talent Specialist at Maven and an external Immigration Consultant.

Submit your application

Interested in calling Australia home? Have a passion for providing patients with the best oral healthcare? Are you a qualified clinician with 2+ years’ experience from an institution located in the UK, Ireland or Canada? We want to hear from you. Simply apply for one of our listed job opportunities or fill out our expression of interest form.

Hear from our recruitment team

Once we receive your application or expression of interest, one of our Talent Specialists will get in touch to find out more about your interest, experience and where in Australia you want to relocate to. This will also be the opportunity for our Talent Specialist to give you key information on the visa process and how we can support you to relocate and work in Australia.

Meet the leads of the practice for an interview

After working with you on the opportunities available within our network, our Talent Specialist will put you in touch with the leaders of the practice or a member of our clinical team for you to find out more about the available position and the practice.

Meet with the team via an organised video interview so you can get a better understanding of the benefits you have working with us, how we ensure you are supported to be successful and learn more about the practice, services we offer patients and daily operations.

Formal Offer

Once you have had the opportunity to meet with our team and we have finalised the steps in our recruitment process, the Talent Specialist will provide you with a formal offer, draft employment agreement to review and formally engage our Immigration Consult to support with the visa application and sponsorship process.

You will receive all the key information regarding your employment through our online portal and you can work closely with the Talent Specialist or Immigration Consultation with any questions regarding your contract or the visa process.

*Please note that commencement will be subject to a successful visa application and applicable working rights in Australia.

Discuss visa options & dental registration

The great news is that we are here to support you through the whole onboarding process from start to finish. Your Immigration Consultation will provide you with the visa options available to you and we will work with them to support you through the sponsorship and application process including providing key documentation and supporting letters.

We will also provide you with the support to apply for your dental registration through AHPRA and discuss different indemnity insurers for you to enquire with to commence the application process.

Making the move

You have dreamt of a warm climate and beautiful beaches? We are making your dream become a reality!

The process will be finalised and your Immigration Consultant will confirm all your visa information and details directly with you. This will allow us to finalise your employment agreement and paperwork required to ensure you can commence at the practice.

Supporting you before day one

We understand that your success is our success! Working at Maven Dental means that you have support through our team at our National Support Centre so that day 1 in the practice is a successful one.

Our team at the Support Centre are experts in their field and they will work closely with your practice leadership team to assist with preparation for your first day. Our team will do this through local area communication plans, enhancing digital marketing channels and website and social media content.

You will be liaising with the practice leadership team and your Regional Operations Manager in the lead up to day one so we can ensure you have everything you need upon your arrival to Australia. We will also coordinate a meet and greet for you to get to know the team you will be working with prior to day one (and travel pending).

Induction & Day One

Welcome to Maven Dental!

Day one you have access to our online induction program which will include a comprehensive overview of what to expect at Maven, key information regarding the business and tools you have access to along with our key online learnings such as Infection Control, Workplace Health and Safety and Behaviour training.

Supported by our Clinical Advisory Board and Clinical team, you will be able to utilise the information needed to set up for success, achieve your optimal growth potential and continue providing patients with the best oral healthcare.
